1.⁠ ⁠14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, no questions asked. To be eligible:  

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return.  

Return the item within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.  

Include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

 

2.⁠ ⁠Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll provide a full refund, repair, or replacement, including any delivery costs. Please:  

Notify us within 30 days of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible).

We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.

 

3.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:  

Customised or made-to-order products.  

Software, downloadable content, or licences once activated or downloaded.  

Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (e.g., clearance items).

 

4.⁠ ⁠How to Return an Item  

Contact us via email, detailing your intention to return an item with proof of purchase at lsnshopsupport@livesoundnetwork.co.uk. Provide your order number and reason for the return.  

Pack the Item: 

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.  

Ship the Item: 

We’ll provide a prepaid return label for faulty items or returns under our 14-day guarantee. For other returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.  

Processing: 

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email about your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Refunds will include the item’s cost and any standard delivery charges paid (excluding express delivery fees).  

Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.  

If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the item’s reduced value.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model (subject to availability), contact us to arrange. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns, and you may need to cover additional shipping costs.

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) as a standard only. Customers wishing to discuss international orders should contact us at lsnshop@livesoundnetwork.co.uk.

 

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. All costs, including any applicable taxes or fees, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

• UK Standard Delivery: 

0.000kg-0.100kg - £1.25

0.100kg-0.250kg - £1.75

0.250kg-0.500kg - `£2.25

0.500kg-0.750kg - £2.65

0.750kg-1.99kg - £4.50

1.99kg-9.99kg - £8.25

 

3. Delivery Times

4. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day. We will send an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

 

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or does not arrive, please contact us at lsnshopsupport@livesoundnetwork.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue promptly. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within a reasonable time (or as agreed), and we are responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

 

6. Returns and Refunds
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel and return it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. 7. International Shipping and Customs
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping costs and will be charged by the carrier or local customs authority. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance processes.
