    At Live Sound Network LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of music equipment. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns policy below for details on how to return or exchange your items.

     

    1.⁠ ⁠14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

    Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, no questions asked. To be eligible:  

    Contact us within 14 days of delivery to notify us of your intent to return.  

    Return the item within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.  

    Include proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

     

    2.⁠ ⁠Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we’ll provide a full refund, repair, or replacement, including any delivery costs. Please:  

    Notify us within 30 days of delivery (or as soon as reasonably possible).  

    Contact our customer service team at lsnshopsupport@livesoundnetwork.co.uk to arrange the return.  

    We’ll cover the cost of return shipping for faulty items.

     

    3.⁠ ⁠Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:  

    Customised or made-to-order products.  

    Software, downloadable content, or licences once activated or downloaded.  

    Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase (e.g., clearance items).

     

    4.⁠ ⁠How to Return an Item  

    Contact us via email, detailing your intention to return an item with proof of purchase at lsnshopsupport@livesoundnetwork.co.uk. Provide your order number and reason for the return.  

    Pack the Item: 

    Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.  

    Ship the Item: 

    We’ll provide a prepaid return label for faulty items or returns under our 14-day guarantee. For other returns, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.  

    Processing: 

    Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you via email about your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

     

    5.⁠ ⁠Refunds  

    Refunds will include the item’s cost and any standard delivery charges paid (excluding express delivery fees).  

    Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.  

    If an item is returned used, damaged, or incomplete, we may issue a partial refund reflecting the item’s reduced value.

    If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model (subject to availability), contact us to arrange. Exchanges follow the same conditions as returns, and you may need to cover additional shipping costs.
